We are former students of the Brothers of the Christian Schools, united by our desire to give back to our communities. We are teachers who live by different faiths; Catholics, Protestants, and Muslims. We do not discriminate against other religions. We serve in two countries: Cameroon and the Republic of Chad. Our organization has challenged and embraced multireligious as a way of life in countries polarized by religious misunderstanding and division. As we live in the same home, share the same space, the same meals and the same struggles and joys of the mission, we have all realized that we share the same aspiration for human freedom through education.We are Happy Lasallians…. belonging to a wonderful community of Lasallians around the World. A community dedicated to serving in Education. Our preferential option is serving the very poor, in the example of Brothers and other Lasallians and in the footsteps of John Baptist De La Salle founder of the Brothers of the Christian Schools.
